Bouten Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer in Spokane, WA. You will support project teams with shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, change management, and related document control tasks, contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years of Project Engineering experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proficiency with Procore and standard business software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist project staff in coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control.
• Support cost reporting, reviewing, and tracking system for project components and change orders.
• Manage drawings, drawings records, revisions, ASIs, and communicate to trades.
• Prepare meeting minutes and procurements; manage submittal process, RFIs, and BIM MEP 3D coordination.
• Ensure operation and maintenance manuals are completed per standards; support safety requirements.
