Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects. You will assemble project teams, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality while staying on time.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, review submittals, coordinate procurement, and provide regular reporting and leadership for project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management within construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and submittals.
• Prepare schedules of values and progress billings.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular reports.
