Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of construction project or program management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and operational planning.
• Experience using project management and business intelligence tools to drive performance.
• Commercial and institutional construction experience (K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, or similar projects).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor Project Managers while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
• Monitor project financial performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Partner with operations, field leadership, and executive management to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall project delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives.
