Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful, safe, and profitable delivery of construction projects.

You will assemble and develop project teams, create schedules, secure resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution with the highest quality standards. The role requires coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, managing documentation, and maintaining proactive communication for consistent invoicing and reporting throughout the

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable project management or supervisory experience in construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders on plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to field and project teams and maintain project documentation.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, review scopes, and record meeting minutes.
  • Maintain budget sheets and monthly financial projections; ensure cash flow.
  • Prepare schedules of values and progress billings; support closeout activities.
