Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead site and office safety, oversee day-to-day execution, and coordinate subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with typically 10 years of complex construction management, exterior/facade experience, and OSHA 10 certification.

LEED AP/GA preferred; OSHA 30 a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 10+ years managing complex construction projects.
• Experience with exteriors and facades required.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety on job site and implements Webcor’s safety policy and procedures.
• Identifies and escalates project issues and resolves them with clients and subcontractors.
• Manages and publishes the project schedule on a regular basis.
• Leads, develops and mentors team members; provides timely feedback.
• Analyzes buyout, savings, and contingencies; schedules buyout in the overall schedule.
• Negotiates, analyzes, and prepares subcontracts, purchase orders, and cost control budgets.
• Manages all document control of RFI submittals, change orders, permits, drawings and reports.
• Owns cost reports and communicates risk and projections to senior management.
• Controls budget and forecast; negotiates best pricing.
• Maintains delay log with master schedule and issues weekly notices to owner.
• Develops and implements QA/QC and oversees the Punch List Program.
• Participates in pursuits as required.
• Reviews and updates staff resource plan and adjusts in the workforce tool.
