Job summary

Pro Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead heavy industrial and commercial construction projects through planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.

The role provides leadership to project teams, coordinates with customers and subcontractors, conducts site visits, manages permits, and drives project closeout and documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred; 5–10 years of experience;

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience estimating and managing heavy industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project and QuoteSoft.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Customer collaboration with heavy industrial and commercial customers and teams.
• Plan budgets, timelines, and goals for construction project execution.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct routine site visits to review plan implementation and budget status.
• Develop the project team and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure resources, equipment, and supplies are available.
• Prepare purchase orders and oversee labor hours, expenses, and invoicing.
• Provide updates to customers, teams, and stakeholders to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Track productivity and document factors for future reference.
• Oversee project closeout and final punch list preparation.
• Mentor and develop project staff and share best practices.
