Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for project resources.
Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors.
Oversees performance of trade contractors and reviews drawings for compliance with specs and regs.
Administers construction contracts and secures permits and licenses.
Supervises assistants; checks reports; enforces safety standards and addresses deficiencies.
Tracks schedule and costs to meet deadlines and budgets.
Reports progress to owners and architects and proposes plan modifications.
