Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years' experience in civil construction (office/field)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Review contract and specifications in their entirety
• Assist Project Manager and Project Superintendent as requested
• Assist with all schedule preparations and updates
• Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting
• Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors for change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges
• Assist with monthly billing, cash flow projections, and change order processing
• Manage document control including submittal schedules and project records
• Assist with project closeout
• Perform additional assignments per Project Manager's direction
