Job summary

Prince seeks a motivated construction manager to oversee all phases of a concrete paving project, from planning to execution, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. You will direct engineering, field operations, and subcontractors, coordinate with owners, vendors, and regulators across Florida, and support estimating and procurement activities for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least five years of related experience in highway/concrete paving and management.
• Experience with FDOT, aviation or port authorities projects preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations; proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and review field operations to ensure a safe workplace.
• Manage concrete paving staff and equipment resources.
• Direct activities to keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Review estimates and plans for staffing, equipment needs and costs.
• Coordinate preparation and updating of project schedules per contract documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment; support project closeout.
