Job summary

Level 10 Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Austin to lead planning, organization, and control of all resources for project success. You will supervise a team of operations professionals and coordinate with the VP of Operations to staff projects and ensure execution aligns with goals.

Responsibilities include setting safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets, reviewing proposals, managing contract financials, and delivering strong project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PM/scheduling software (Prolog, Primavera).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues; strong teamwork and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goals.
• Supervise pre-construction activities such as subcontracts, schedules, and bid packages.
• Staff project with resources from VP of Operations; oversee project team.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of project scope and plans.
• Review proposals to determine time frames and resource needs.
• Manage contract financials and monitor job margins.
• Develop baseline schedules and track cost and schedule performance.
• Identify scope changes and coordinate re-planning with internal/external teams.
• Review change orders and contractor pay requests for accuracy.
• Prepare status reports and project close-out documentation.
• Foster positive owner/architect relationships; ensure safety and compliance.
