Responsibilities

• Read the prime contract and ensure reporting obligations and deliverables are met.
• Manage subcontractor bids, payments, liens, and closeout documentation.
• Develop and manage project WBS, schedule, and cost performance.
• Lead project cost reporting, budgets, and change order evaluation.
• Ensure project quality plans and supplier quality requirements are met.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and effective relationships with customers, owners, engineers, and vendors.
