Job summary

Level 10 Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project planning, staffing and execution on-site in Austin, TX. You will supervise a skilled operations team to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost goals while maintaining owner relationships.

Responsibilities include pre-construction input, baseline scheduling, cost control, and claims management. Strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver on-time project close-out and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint or similar PM software, and Primavera or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control all resources for project execution.
• Supervise a project team to support departmental and organizational goals.
• Set safety, quality, schedule, cost and owner relationship goals.
• Monitor costs and schedule performance; prepare progress reports.
• Manage change orders and contractor pay requests for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to insurance, safety, labor relations, EEO and tax regulations.
• Close-out activities and maintain positive owner/architect relationships.
• Coordinate staffing with VP of Operations to properly staff the project.
