Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee construction, project management, and administration for major projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while promoting safety, quality, and strong client relations on active construction sites. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, equipment and methods; ability to mentor others.
• Business development and high client interaction are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for construction, project management, and administration activities.
• Manage budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement corporate policies to meet goals and support the mission.
• Lead client management, safety, quality, and profitability throughout projects.
• Maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships and timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and ensure adherence to scope and schedule.
