• Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial administration and establishes project goals and objectives.
• Complies with accounting policies and procedures and forecasts finances.
• Manages risk and ensures timely close‑out of project.
• Maintains visibility with clients and subcontractors and develops relationships.
