Job summary

Moss seeks a Project Executive to oversee day-to-day construction operations in Hawaii, including staffing, plan development, cost and schedule analysis, and owner/subcontractor communications. This role covers preconstruction through close-out with focus on safety, quality and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with owners' representatives, A/E team and building departments.
• Highly developed project management finance skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations including staffing and plan development.
• Manage budgets, schedules and profitability; monitor financial performance monthly.
• Provide accurate financial forecasting and risk management in line with company policies.
• Coordinate owner, architect, engineer and contractor meetings; ensure contract compliance.
• Develop project approaches, select team and resources; support Go/No Go decisions.
• Lead GMP/Lump Sum processes and pre-construction activities; drive project close-out.
