Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager with a major general contractor.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day construction operations including staffing assignments and plan development.
• Manages project budget, schedule, and profitability; analyzes financial performance monthly.
• Coordinates owner, architect, and subcontractor communications and interface.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies, safety, and quality standards; mentors staff.
