Job summary

LeoForce, a commercial construction general contractor based in Irvine, is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and field teams. This entry‑level role offers exposure to technically complex, high‑visibility projects across life science, healthcare, and education sectors.

You will help prepare submittals, track schedules, assist with billing and closeout, and coordinate with subs, vendors and architects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of project coordination, administrative, or construction industry experience required.
• Experience with general contractors, subcontractors, architecture firms, or engineering firms is a plus.
• Assist with preconstruction and bidding efforts, bid solicitation and proposal tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers in all phases of construction.
• Prepare, distribute and track submittals, RFIs, change orders and other docs.
• Maintain project files, drawings, specs, contracts and correspondence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants and internal teams.
• Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance docs, contracts and purchase orders.
• Track schedules, deadlines and outstanding deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute follow-ups.
• Assist with project billing, cost docs, change order logs and budget tracking.
• Support closeout documents, warranties and operation manuals.
