Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction-related field or equivalent
• 2+ years of progressive project management experience in construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical documentation
• 10-hour OSHA certification required
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent communication and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage contractual commitments.
• Review technical documents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and report on project costs, labor, billing, and progress.
• Forecast completion and billing percentages; track KPIs.
• Use Microsoft Office for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Manage all project resources including staff and contractors.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including OSHA.
• Travel to project sites as required; maintain a valid driver's license.
• Fulfill background check requirements and obtain government badge if needed.
