Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in building infrastructure.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• PMP or CCM certification desirable.
• Strong knowledge of codes, industry standards and safety regulations.
• Proven budgets and financial reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop schedules and manage budgets, labor plans, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Negotiate change orders to protect schedule and finances.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Mentor project staff and reinforce delivery standards.
