Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Construction Program Manager to support the VP of Facilities and Construction in creating project documentation, proposals and plans. You will oversee tasks for facilities and construction projects and ensure contractor work aligns with contracts and milestones.

Demonstrated experience in construction estimation, scheduling and coordinating with vendors is needed, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of construction-related experience.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent certification.
• Experience estimating and scheduling with contractors and vendors.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction/renovation project support to the VP of Facilities and Construction.
• Oversee or coordinate tasks for facilities and construction projects.
• Ensure contractors and vendors meet quality, contract, and milestone requirements.
• Identify improvements or solutions for construction and renovations.
