Job summary

Flipspaces Design Labs is seeking a capable Procurement & Project Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and on-site delivery for commercial design-build projects across office interiors, warehousing, and multifamily developments in the U.S. This role anchors BOQ development, bid management, vendor onboarding, and on-site coordination with GC and subs.

You will drive procurement schedules, manage risk, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with design and construction teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of project execution and procurement experience in U.S. commercial construction.
• Strong grasp of CSI divisions, subcontracting structures, and building systems.
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Tendering, trade bidding, and procurement execution.
• On-site project management across multiple trades.
• Coordinate long-lead item procurement and track submittals.
• Lead site meetings and ensure safety, quality, and documentation.
