Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for third-party materials and subcontracted scopes on large, complex pursuits.
• Run competitive RFQ/RFP processes, conduct bid leveling, lead negotiations, and drive award recommendations.
• Partner with Sales from early pursuit stages to develop a sourcing strategy for a competitive cost position.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to reduce risk on subcontract and material purchases during execution.
• Own procurement for the greater New York City area with support from a Northeast team and global network.
