Job summary

Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing and delivery for new stores, remodels, and capital projects.

You’ll manage OFI items, vendor coordination, and project records across Procore and Ariba while supporting teams in multiple functions to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail contracting, procurement management, construction, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction administration practices, tools, and processes, including Procore.
• Ability to read construction drawings and identify information needed for material and fixture ordering.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, deadlines, and priorities across locations.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Advanced experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new processes and automate manual work.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for new stores, remodels, capital projects, consultants, contractors, and owner-furnished items.
• Request and review vendor quotes, confirm pricing, track orders, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules with contractors and project partners.
• Maintain accurate project information in Procore and Ariba, including purchase orders, directories, documents, and other project records.
• Support project teams and vendors with Procore questions and help maintain consistent construction administration processes.
• Coordinate fixture and material needs, including production releases, inventory management, delivery schedules, reverse logistics, and break/fix requests for existing stores.
• Partner across Construction, Architecture, Store Planning, Sourcing, Store Operations, and external vendors to identify issues and keep projects moving toward schedule and budget goals.
