Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead workforce development across field operations, project management, safety, and quality. You will architect scalable learning ecosystems, partnering with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to align programs with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, HR, Business Admin, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Workforce Development, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading L&D programs in construction/industrial environments.
• Experience translating technical processes into structured learning programs.
• Experience leading or supervising training personnel and LMS governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide workforce development strategy.
• Partner with executive leaders to identify skill gaps and future talent needs.
• Establish structured learning pathways from onboarding to leadership development.
• Align learning with safety, quality, and operational goals.
• Own LMS governance and drive enhancements and reporting.
• Lead and coach the L&D team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Support onboarding, technical skills, and leadership training across locations.
