Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the company-wide workforce development strategy for field operations, project teams, safety, quality, and corporate functions. You will own the LMS governance, design onboarding, technical, safety, and leadership programs, and coach the L&D team to build capability across offices, fabrication facilities, and jobsites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Workforce Development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading learning and development programs in construction/industrial environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing training programs for field personnel or leaders.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to translate technical processes into structured learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy across field operations, project teams, and corporate functions.
• Own LMS governance, course organization, reporting, and content management; drive enhancements and learning technology initiatives.
• Identify training needs with operational leaders; align programs with safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Lead development of onboarding, technical skills, and leadership training programs.
• Coach and develop the L&D team; collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure training delivery and impact.
