Turner & Townsend is seeking a full-time Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Boston team and provide cost services across various projects. You will manage estimating services, cost control processes, and client engagements while ensuring high standards for cost reporting and procurement strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years' experience, preferably within construction consultancy. A strong understanding of construction industry practices and RICS accreditation is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $135,000, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects.
• RICS accreditation is valuable.
