Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Manage job costing, WIP schedules, and project accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax requirements.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team while driving process improvements.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
