Job summary

Charter Construction, a division of American Restoration Operations, seeks a Business Development Manager in Seattle, WA. You will collaborate with remediation, special projects, and restoration teams to identify and pursue client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building long‑term relationships.
• 5-10 years of customer relations or business development experience in a mid‑sized, entrepreneurial company.
• Long sales cycle or long customer relationship experience strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Reach out to community managers, architects, consultants, and other industry professionals to develop relationships.
• Identify potential projects and obtain opportunities for Charter Construction to bid or negotiate.
• Track leads and critical path information on prospects.
• Assist in writing proposals and preparing brochures as needed.
• Create and maintain a database of contacts and partners.
• Represent Charter Construction in Washington at industry events and trade shows.
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing Charter’s expertise.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce event materials and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support colleagues in building relationships with clients.
