Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Restoration Services in the College Park area. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office, with responsibilities spanning procurement, scheduling, and budget oversight for design-build and bid-build projects ranging from $20k to $5M (up to $10M concurrently).

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project RFPs and plans, collaborating with executives to define project objectives effectively.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within the allocated time and budget.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the evaluation and acquisition of subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise the project closely to promptly address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts.
• Develop and revise project schedules with superintendents, stakeholders, and team members.
• Develop and scrutinize project budgets and cost estimates meticulously.
• Invoicing and processing subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manage project from proposal through closeout.

This role entails scheduling, subcontractor management, communication with the client and building occupants, safety and occupational health management, and assurance of quality and compliance. Responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects, including design-build and bid-build projects typically ranging from $20k to $5M, with the potential to manage up to $10M of projects simultaneously.

Salary is $135,000-$145,000

Minimum Qualifications:

Additional Qualifying Factors:

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

Working Conditions:

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
