The Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator supports mitigation operations throughout the greater Seattle area by assessing property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and storm events — common challenges given the Pacific Northwest's climate. This role is responsible for developing accurate, compliant, and profitable estimates using Xactimate software, while ensuring projects are properly scoped and documented. The Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator maintains strong communication with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams, and assists with collections to support smooth project flow from initial inspection through completion.
This role works both in the office and out in the field. In the office, you’ll collaborate with a supportive team, communicate with clients and partners, and stay connected through a fast‑paced but professional environment. In the field, you’ll visit residential and commercial properties across the greater Seattle area, working hands‑on with crews and interacting directly with customers.
