• Well-connected in California construction industry with access to contractors, owners and developers.
• Proven ability to open doors, create qualified opportunities and translate relationships into revenue.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open relationships with general contractors, owners and developers.
• Secure executive meetings and prequalification opportunities.
• Position BLVD for negotiated, design-build and relationship-based opportunities.
• Identify projects before they reach public bid and convert relationships into awarded work.
• Expand BLVD into additional sectors, accounts and geographic markets.
• Collaborate with leadership, estimating and operations to tailor pursuits.
• Track relationships, opportunities, values and next actions.
• Represent BLVD in executive meetings and industry settings.
• Move quickly to advance opportunities without excessive management.
