Henkels & McCoy is seeking an Estimator II to prepare timely bid estimates for medium to large projects within our construction division. The role involves planning resources, evaluating site conditions, and ensuring PMM compliance and safety protocols.

You will lead bid strategy, assemble documentation, travel to sites as needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to minimize cost and risk while meeting deadlines.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant estimating experience.
• Proficient in computerized bidding software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain bid documentation for projects.
• Travel to job sites to verify conditions and gather data.
• Lead bid strategy and client presentations.
• Support change orders and post-bid cost control.
