Job summary

The role requires experience in estimating mid-scale projects, proficiency with bidding software and MS Office, and the ability to lead bid strategy and risk assessment while supporting procurement and change management for awarded contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating mid-scale projects in construction/utility industries.
• Proficient with computerized bidding software.
• Completed H&M PMM training or related project management coursework.
• Ability to solve complex problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain bid documentation and attend site verifications as needed.
• Lead bid strategy discussions and client presentations; monitor post-award work items and change orders.
• Coordinate with field personnel, material procurement, and subcontractors to support estimates and risk management.
