Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer license in Indiana required.
• Valid Indiana driver's license.
• At least 4 years of professional engineering or transportation-related experience.
• 2 years of group/project leadership or engineering research experience.
• Knowledge of NEPA and NHPA processes.
• Proficiency with CAD, spreadsheets, databases, and traffic operations analysis.
