Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Connectivity Manager to lead strategy, planning, and delivery of fiber connectivity across North American campuses. The role oversees feasibility through delivery, coordinating with carriers, consultants, and customers to ensure day-one readiness.

You will manage schedules and budgets, negotiate carrier agreements, and support design and implementation of telecom infrastructure in a growing data center portfolio. Hybrid work in the US is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale fiber connectivity or carrier networks.
• Experience evaluating carrier ecosystems, interconnection options, and network delivery strategies for data centers.
• Deep knowledge of outside plant fiber infrastructure, MMR connectivity, and resilient network design.
• Proven ability to build and manage relations with telecom providers and negotiate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility, strategy and delivery of connectivity initiatives from early planning to deployment.
• Contribute to design, schedules and CAPEX estimates during pre-construction phases.
• Transition ownership of fiber infrastructure to construction teams when ready.
• Develop regional connectivity strategy aligned with leadership direction.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination across projects.
• Stay current with new technologies and opportunities to enhance deliveries.
