Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Account Manager for Starlink Strategic Connectivity to serve a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature through activation, onboarding, and ongoing success. You will drive social impact initiatives, focusing on bridging digital divides and expanding access in remote areas.

You will manage partnerships with international organizations and regulators, translate requirements into actionable plans, and communicate outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience.
• 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, contracts, or enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts from contract signature onwards, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
• Deliver impeccable customer service at scale to underserved communities.
• Develop engagement strategy and content for underserved communities to enable growth and self-support.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Maintain a culture of extreme ownership to drive growth and streamline processes.
• Define and shape the social impact narrative for Starlink with stories, case studies and reports demonstrating measurable benefits.
• Manage strategic partnerships with international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies.
• Define and advocate for internal policy changes that embed social impact into Starlink's culture.
