Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior configuration delivery leader to oversee staff and drive system configuration initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy. You will guide analysis, development, and implementation of process and system changes to meet objectives and improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
5+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery to meet business requirements.
Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of initiatives related to the modification and re‑engineering of processes and systems to meet corporate and departmental objectives.
Coordinate with IT and business operations team to support system upgrades, security changes, and architectural enhancements as needed.
Act as configuration delivery Lead on broad, highly complex corporate projects or initiatives.
Lead the delivery of implementation and post implementation support to the project/program and operations work.
