• 5+ years of experience in meeting and event coordination or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage complex in-person and virtual events and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of a portfolio of meetings and events, including large conferences and webinars.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, contracts, payments, and performance.
• Coordinate production for in-person and virtual events with cross‑departmental teams.
• Develop detailed event project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event follow-up.
