Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex in-person and virtual events.
• Experience negotiating with hotels, venues and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of a portfolio of meetings and events, including a national conference and regional summits.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, and budgets.
• Direct external consultants and coordinate with internal teams on production plans.
• Oversee on-site readiness, vendor coordination, and risk management.
• Develop detailed event plans, schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate across departments to standardize planning processes.
