Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading legal compliance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance client service.
• Utilizing technology and process improvement methodologies to drive value in Office of General Counsel (OGC).
• Analyzing and identifying linkages within legal systems to optimize performance and minimize risks.
• Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and leverage strengths effectively.
• Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvement.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct.
• Developing policies and guidelines to support legal compliance and contractual risk management.
• Implementing strategic questioning and analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.
