Job summary

PwC seeks a Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant - Manager to lead transformation initiatives and deliver innovative legal solutions across multiple industries. You will manage teams, guide budgets and timelines, and mentor junior staff while upholding standards and integrity.

Key duties include leveraging technology to streamline regulatory processes and mitigate risk, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in legal operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
At least 5 years of experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
Experience in regulated environments such as Energy & Utilities or similar industries.
Experience applying multiple regulatory frameworks (FERC, NERC, state PUCs, ISO/RTOs, OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

Lead legal compliance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and improve client service.
Utilize technology and process-improvement methods to drive value for OGC and clients.
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion; manage stakeholder expectations.
Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and leverage strengths.
Review work to deepen team abilities and ensure continuous improvement.
Address conflicts and complex conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
