The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead legal compliance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance client service.
Utilize technology and process improvement methodologies to drive value in the Office of General Counsel (OGC).
Analyze and identify linkages within legal systems to optimize performance and minimize risks.
Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and leverage strengths effectively.
Review work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvement; address conflicts with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct.
Develop policies and guidelines to support legal compliance and contractual risk management.
Implement strategic questioning and analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.
