Zusammenfassung

Franklin County seeks a Compliance and Quality Director to lead its compliance and quality programs. You will ensure DHS contract and regulatory compliance by developing and maintaining systems that measure and monitor performance of the Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization and subcontractors.

You will provide leadership to staff, drive continuous quality improvement, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage complex regulatory issues and corrective action plans as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Two years of managed care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS contracts and HealthChoices program requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage performance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee compliance and quality management systems.
• Ensure adherence to DHS contractual obligations and PSR standards.
• Lead evaluation of performance of subcontracts and TMCA.
• Coordinate program audits, PEPS processes, and corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder communication and contract compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff; drive QI initiatives.
