Job summary

American Rheinmetall seeks a Project Manager to oversee the company’s compliance management software implementation, system maintenance, user support and process improvements.

The role administers and optimizes the regulatory framework using Eticor digital compliance management software, maps internal structures, updates legal registers, assigns duties, and ensures audit-proof tracking of local, federal and international laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with governance, risk, and/or compliance tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and cross-department liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, guide, and oversee projects from start to finish with clear timelines and tasks.
• Oversee implementation and development of compliance management tools and processes.
• Support a coordinated implementation of the company’s compliance management software.
• Manage system configuration, security, user access and updates for the compliance platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mature reporting, mappings, and roles across the organization.
• Document conformance to regulatory tasks across departments.
• Train teams on compliance duties and system usage.
• Produce reports monitoring compliance against regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in reporting.
