Job summary

RSI Security in the United States is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of compliance frameworks, from regulatory monitoring to readiness and launch of new service offerings. This hybrid role blends program management and product ownership and requires coordinating across PMO, Sales, RFP, Marketing, and Finance.

You will maintain obligations, drive remediation, oversee audits, and translate framework requirements into repeatable, sellable deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and monitoring regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across PMO, Sales, RFP, Marketing and Finance.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills for compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization-wide compliance framework calendar and obligations.
• Drive remediation, evidence collection, and closure for audits and assessments.
• Coordinate internal audits, surveillance activities, and external assessments.
• Maintain documentation and version control for compliance artifacts.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Delivery to ensure offerings meet compliance and pricing needs.
• Lead the end-to-end productization of compliant offerings and launch plans.
