NBCUniversal is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Risk & Compliance to lead the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled risk management and internal controls across SAP S/4HANA and boundary systems. You will partner with Global Controllership, O&T, and Compliance to mitigate risks, ensure SOX compliance, and drive enterprise-wide control effectiveness.

The role spans governance of access controls, SoD, and control design, with an emphasis on scalable frameworks,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems required.
• Significant knowledge of SOX and internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
• Experience with SAP environments and GRC applications.

Mansioni

• Govern and design global access control strategy and role design standards.
• Design post-go-live approval workflows and access provisioning.
• Ensure SoD risk mitigation and audits are addressed across S/4 and boundary systems.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Cyber teams to align controls with business processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Risk Control Matrix (RCM).
• Support audit activities and provide guidance during system enhancements.
