You will work with the Compliance Officer to meet regulatory requirements and stay compliant across operations.

Key duties include establishing relationships with regulatory bodies, conducting quarterly reviews, and coordinating registrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in a legal-related field or professional account representative role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and regulatory stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly compliance reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Ensure mandatory reporting and process compliance.
• Update the VGT exclusion list per state regulations.
• Assist with preparation and processing of wire transfer requests.
• Review signage and marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
