Job summary

Labcorp is a global diagnostics leader seeking a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead the compliance program for the specialty testing businesses in women’s health, oncology, neurology, and autoimmune. You will partner with senior leadership across operations, medical affairs, and sales to implement policies that meet laws and Labcorp standards.

The role emphasizes proactive guidance, investigations, training, and monitoring to advance ethics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years’ healthcare compliance experience.
• CHC/CHPC/CCEP certifications preferred.
• 3+ years in clinical laboratory or diagnostic industry preferred.
• Experience implementing seven elements of an effective compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to specialty testing leadership and operations.
• Lead due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives with HR, Finance, IT, and legal.
• Conduct internal investigations and remediate issues with stakeholders.
• Develop training and communication programs on healthcare laws and Labcorp policies.
• Support audits and ongoing monitoring of compliance risks.
