Job summary

Labcorp is hiring a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead the compliance program for specialty testing in women's health, oncology, neurology and autoimmune care. You will partner with leadership, operations and sales to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and Labcorp policies.

The role includes conducting investigations, guiding remediation, and driving training and awareness to foster an ethics-first culture in a fast-paced testing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years' experience in healthcare compliance-related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to specialty testing leadership and staff.
• Conduct internal investigations and coordinate remediation with Legal and HR.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and communications for the specialty testing group.
• Support auditing and monitoring programs to identify gaps and drive improvements.
