Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the laboratory industry with a background in compliance, billing or medical technology.
• 3 years proven project management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance policies and impact of potential violations.
• Knowledge of test pricing, CPT coding and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit responsibilities for assigned audits and coordinate all aspects of the audit process.
• Audit specialist for assigned audit protocols and update protocols with owners.
• Deep-Dive Audits and performance of specialized audits as needed.
• Project Management for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Process Improvement with cross-functional teams.
